- Fermentek's policy is to hold bulk quantities of all materials in stock, to ensure we have the ability to despatch them immediately.
- Shipment of the ordered materials will be executed no later than 24 working hours after completion of commercial arrangements.
- Where possible, we send packages by FedEx "Express" or "Next Day" delivery so, in most cases, you will receive your order within 48 to 72 hours.
- The costs of delivery are influenced by the weight and size of the package, or special treatment such as refrigerated shipment, insurance conditions and destination.
- As these costs do not depend on us, we charge them separately from the materials.
- We do our best to obtain the lowest possible shipping costs.
- If provided, the customer's FedEx account can be used and the customer will be charged for the shipping cost by FedEx independently according to his agreement with FedEx.
- Please note: Packages and products should be inspected immediately upon receipt. Notification of damage, error in quantity, or defects should be sent to us immediately by e-mail or fax.
- Unless otherwise specified, our delivery terms are according to Incoterms® 2020 – DPU (Delivered at Place Unloaded)
- As we use FedEx courier services to ship products, in the event that your location is not supported by FedEx services, we might have difficulties shipping them to you. Although in this case we would check other courier services for the requested location or suggest one of our distributors who can send to your location. However, we cannot make any guarantees about the outcome of this approach.
Please note: We would not sell and deliver to:
- Individuals who are unlikely to be allowed, by their own country laws, to possess and use dangerous materials or those who ask for materials for personal use.
- States (including entities or citizens of these states) to which according to Israeli law and regulations we are forbidden to sell (even through a 3rd party) such as (but not limited to) Iran, Lebanon, and Syria.
- States which have no trade relations with Israel or are not listed in our shipping provider's destinations list. In some of these cases, we will be able to direct the customer to one of our distributors who can provide to these states.
- Where an export or import license or approval is demanded by Israeli law, international agreements, or your country's law and it won't be accepted.
