At Fermentek we believe in personal care and providing the best solution suited to our customers’ needs. For this reason, we do not offer an online ordering system – your ordering is done personally, with a live company representative, ready and willing to help you for whatever you need. However, we still want to simplify the ordering process for you as much as possible. Accordingly, we present the following suggestions:
You can send us an enquiry, question or request from any page on our website. Just click the envelope icon on the left side of the page and a “Contact Us” form will open. This form is designed for free text, or for quotation requests for selected products and quantities.
For quotation requests, you can also, click on the quote for button in the products list or on each product page.
If you prefer a standard email, you can always click on our Quick mail option at the bottom of the page and a new email window will open in your default mailing program or mail to: [email protected].
To give you the most appropriate quote or response, please ensure you provide the following details:
- Your full name
- Email address
- Organization / Company name
- Country
- Your quotation request or query
As many details as you can provide to enable us to match our answer to your needs. If you are a researcher needing material samples, please refer to the researcher's webpage.
On receipt of your request, we will answer you personally by the end of the following working day with the details you requested, whatever they may be: a quotation, a service query, procedure or product details etc.
When you send us your Purchase Order please do not forget to add the following details:

Billing address
List of compounds and quantities
Preferred delivery date

Our working days and hours are:
Sunday to Thursday 9:00 – 17:00 (IST) excluding Jewish festivals (from the Eve of such festivals) and Israeli National Holidays. Israeli and Jewish holidays and eve of holidays (click link for calendar).
Bulk and Custom orders and requests
If you need bulk quantities, custom formulations, more detailed documentation, or even new material that is not yet in our catalog, this is the right address. We are proud to be small enough to give you personal service, but big enough to fulfill your special requirements. Just contact our team and we will help you.
Pricing Policy
Our pricing policy is the natural outcome of our vision to play our role in helping to make this world a better and healthier place: so we make our materials accessible to all our customers at the most reasonable price possible.

Payment terms
Our standard terms are Payment in Advance (PIA) however, frequent buyers and distributors may enjoy a better payment terms.
